Yogatree offers a choice of weekly classes at conveniently located community centres, church halls, ecology centres and function rooms in north County Wicklow.
Flexible attendance allows you to make up a regular class you may have missed. That means if you are unable to attend your usual class, you can 'make-up' that class by attending one at another time or venue.

VINYASA FLOW - aimed at experienced yogis who want a dynamic and challenging work-out. The flow class will be taught by Sinead Wallace, a highly qualified, super fit young woman!

BREATHING / PRANAYAMA IN PERSPECTIVE
One Day Seminar with Philip Xerri

The day will include an explanation of the 5 phases of breath, an understanding of its physical and energetic aims followed by a practical application of one or more practices taken from that phase.
BIG YOGA INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP

An introduction to yoga for individuals who are interested in yoga but are not comfortable in a traditional class setting because of their size, shape or ability.
